POLICE and ambulance services have been called to a block of flats in Taunton.
Emergency services were called to Ladysmith House in Taunton at around 1.30pm.
People on the scene reported armed officers from Avon and Somerset Police arriving first.
They were soon followed by incident response teams from South Western Ambulance Service.
A spokesman for the police said the incident was a 'concern for welfare' call out.
