Power cuts in the TA4 and TA21 areas
HUNDREDS of homes in the Wellington and Wiveliscombe areas are currently without power.
Western Power Distribution says 640 properties are affected by the high voltage incident, which was reported shortly before 3.30pm.
The company estimates that power will be restored to the TA21 and TA4 areas by 6.30pm.
