THREE fire crews tackled a fire in Dulverton high street during the early hours of this morning (November17).
Western Power were also called to the incident to isolate power to the home and neighbouring properties.
A member of the public reported the fire - which was in the hallway of a property - at 12.46am.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "Three fire appliances from Dulverton, Bampton and Tiverton were immediately mobilised by Fire Control.
"On arrival, the incident commander confirmed that there was a fire in the hallway of the property and got crews to work with breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
"The incident commander requested the attendance of Western Power to isolate power to the property involved and neighbouring properties."
