KEY stage one pupils at a primary school on the outskirts of Taunton have been sent home to self isolate due to Covid-19.
The County Gazette has approached Norton Fitzwarren Primary School for a comment after parents of Key Stage 1 pupils were told of isolate due to the case.
It is the second time this month a pupil has tested positive for Covid-19 at the school, which is a member of the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust.
At the time, acting headteacher Kelly Birt said the school had worked with the Department of Health and Public Health England to support pupils, parents and staff.
Children affected in the latest case will still receive online learning provision during their enforced absence.
