A CAR crashed into a garden fence in a Somerset town this afternoon (December 4).
Two fire engines and a heavy rescue vehicle attended the incident at 4.55pm on Netherton Road in Yeovil.
Crews used a stretcher to remove the person in the vehicle, who was then left in the care of the Ambulance crew.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "Two Fire Engines and a Heavy Rescue vehicle from Yeovil, were all sent to a report of a car that had crashed into a fence and a house.
"On arrival crews confirmed that this vehicle had reversed onto a garden fence and was slightly in the air with one person still in the vehicle but not physically trapped."
