Elliot David Summerling, 50, Churchill Way, Taunton, breached a domestic violence protection order, committed to prison for 8 days. (G)
Chay Joseph Towells, 26, Keyham Road, Plymouth, two counts of failing to comply with community protection notice and being sat on the ground in a position to gather alms, £40 fine, £34 victim surcharge. (G)
Matthew Patrick Sheridan, 30, Cambridge Road, Bristol, damaged a fire door, £100 fine.
Tom Brazil, 39, of Moorland Park, Hewish, Weston-super-Mare, fraud, community order, 120 hours unpaid work, £1,000 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £500 costs; engaged in a commercial practice that contravened unfair trading laws. (G).
