UPDATE - Mr Abraham has been found.
A spokesman said: "We're pleased to confirm that a 27-year-old-man who was reported missing from Walton-on-Thames has been found safe and well.
"Thank you for sharing our appeal."
POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a 'very vulnerable' Surrey man who could be in the Dorset area.
Dorset Police has shared an appeal on behalf of Surrey Police to help locate 27-year old-man, Reece Abraham, missing from Walton-on-Thames.
Surrey Police say he is described to be "very vulnerable at the moment" and his family is concerned for his wellbeing.
Reece is described as white, around 5 ft 8", and of slim build. He has short dark brown hair, with tattoos on his arms and leg.
Dorset Police said: "Have you seen missing 27-year-old Reece Abraham from Surrey? It is believed he may be in the Dorset area."
A spokesman for Surrey Police said: "Anyone who has been in contact with Reece, or believes they have seen someone matching his photo and description, is asked to make contact with Surrey Police.
"If you have any information which could help, please contact us quoting incident/crime reference number PR/21011386 via 101 or surrey.police.uk."
