Two fire engines from Minehead attended the incident on Paganel Road at 12.21am.
The cause of the fire was accidental, and involved a heating boiler for an underfloor heating system.
"On arrival, crews confirmed that smoke was coming from the building, and two firefighters donned breathing apparatus to investigate," said a spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue.
"Crews found the fire to be involving a heating boiler for an underfloor heating system.
"They used one hose reel jet, one safety jet and a thermal imaging camera.
"All persons were evacuated and accounted for. The fire was extinguished, the power isolated and the cause confirmed as accidental."
