POLICE are attempting to trace the people responsible for graffiti in a park in a village near Taunton.
Residents complained to police after the graffiti was daubed in Farriers Green Park, Monkton Heathfield.
A PCSO was sent to investigate.
A post of Taunton Neighbourhood Policing team's Facebook page said: "Thank you for your reports regarding the graffiti in Monkton Heathfield and specifically Farriers Green Park.
"PCSO Tony has been out on his bike making enquiries with regards to this and has contacted the parish council clerk and also Somerset West and Taunton Council with regards to the clean-up and removal of various signage in the locality.
"If any one has any information as to who may have caused this please contact your local Neighbourhood Policing Team."
