POLICE have begged members of the public not to litter after discovering a 'frustrating' site on Porlock Hill this morning (April 4).
Minehead and West Somerset Neighbourhood Policing posted pictures of rubbish left on the hill asking people to take their rubbish with them.
"A frustrating sight up on Porlock Hill this morning," said a spokesperson for the policing team.
"It's frustrating that some people want to spoil things by leaving their rubbish behind.
"Please, please take all your waste with you. Don't be a litter bug."
Somerset West and Taunton Council pleaded with members of the public to keep parks and green spaces clean this weekend.
