Lyngford Park Primary School
THE former headteacher of a school in Taunton has died.
Sibyl Hiscocks was the first head at Lyngford Park Primary School.
She passed away peacefully at Chelston Park Nursing Home on Good Friday (April 2).
She was a long-time supporter of Somerset Opera Group.
Her funeral service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium next Tuesday (April 20) at 11.30am.
Donations to Macmillan Cancer Care may be sent to E White & Son Funeral Directors, 138-139 East Reach, Taunton TA1 3HN.
Due to the current Covid restrictions only 30 mourners are allowed at the service.
