Long Sutton Golf Club
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car on fire at a local golf course this afternoon.
They attended the incident at the car park of Long Sutton Golf Club, at Long Load, near Langport, shortly after 3om.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "On arrival crews confirmed that there was a small fire in the engine compartment and extinguished it using a hose reel jet and small tools.
"There was five per cent damage to the engine compartment and the cause was accidental."
