A MAN from Weston-super-Mare was handed a 10-month driving ban for causing damage to a BT phone box and failing to stop after the accident.

After pleading guilty at North Somerset Magistrates' Court, 31-year-old Michael John Amey - of Abbey Gardens - was also ordered to pay costs of £160 and a victim surcharge of £95.
