A BRIDGWATER man admitted being in charge of a car while over the drink drive limit when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court.
Mark Jones, 57, of Bower Avenue, received 10 penalty points and was given a £140 fine, along with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Jones had given a breath tests of almost two and a half times the drink drive limit after he was stopped by police three days before Christmas.
A CHEDDON Fitzpaine man has been given three penalty points after admitting doing 50mph in a 40mph zone in Bristol.
Jason Weir, 48, of Batt Drive, was fined £192 with a £32 victim surcharge.
NATALIE Rogers-Davies pleaded guilty to be drunk and disorderly in Chip Lane, Taunton, on May 28 last year.
Rogers-Davies, 29, of Stuart Road, Plymouth, was fined £60 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
