ALICE MARIE STEWART, aged 28, of Pottery Lane, Weymouth. Admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him. To pay compensation of £100 and victim surcharge of £22. Also admitted damaging a cell at Weymouth police station to the value of £86. To pay compensation of £86.

CARMEL TRISHA CONCEPRIO, aged 55, of Dundee Road, Weymouth. Admitted causing to be sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Community order with curfew requirement. To pay victim surcharge of £95, costs of £85.

ANDREW ALAN PATRICK RUNYEARD, aged 34, of Chapelhay Heights, Weymouth. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence imposed for 2x offences of assault by beating varied. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 2 years with new and varied requirement: Rehabilitation activity requirement.

TONY-LEE WILLIAMS, known also as TONY BONE, aged 36, of Rodwell Avenue, Weymouth. Admitted without lawful excuse, to damaging a communal door to the value of £275. Restraining order made. To pay compensation of £270, victim surcharge of £34.

DORCHESTER

JACK ANTHONY IAN ROWLAND, aged 22, of Damers Road, Dorchester.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Unpaid work requirement extended by 12 months and 10 hours of unpaid work added. To pay costs of £30.
