DEMOLITION: 'I cannot understand why the council has not started to rebuild'
I CANNOT understand why the council has not started to rebuild the houses that have been demolished in the Priorswood area.
There are some that have been vacant for about two years.
Council rents have been increased, and council tax also - look at how much revenue is being lost due to this.
The waiting list for council houses must be getting longer and I feel sorry for anyone on that list.

They are always moaning they don’t have enough money for different things, so I think it’s about time they put their own house in order.
I suppose they will blame the pandemic, but three houses together, near where I live, have been built during the past year.
