A PETROL station in Frome relaunched last week - after two months of redevelopment.

Sainsbury’s have upgraded the pipes and pumps at the site, as well as refurbished the kiosk.

There are new floors and bolder colours throughout the station.

Sainsbury’s Frome store manager, Scott Parks, said: “We’ve really appreciated the patience and support of our customers throughout this upgrade.

“The team is really excited with the result and I know our customers will enjoy the changes as well.”

Customers will now also have the option to pay at pump at the petrol station.

“We’re continually investing in our estate to ensure we deliver the best experience for our customers,” added Sainsbury’s property director, Patrick Dunne.

“We hope our improved fuel kiosk offer will be welcomed by our customers as travel becomes more frequent again.”

The Sainsbury’s petrol station was closed from March 22 and it re-opened on Friday, May 21.
