PARTS of a busy road near Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital are set to be closed throughout June.
From Tuesday sections of Galmington Road will be closed on a phased basis.
The closures will allow work to instal a high voltage cable to supply the hospital.
The staged closures are:
June 1 - June 7: Musgrove Road to Galmington Close;
June 7 - June 16: Galmington Close to Belmont Road;
June 16 to June 24: Belmont Road to just past Deane Drive;
June 24 to July 1: Deane Drive to just before the post office.
A Somerset County Council spokesperson said: "Please be aware important utilities work is taking place from 1 June in Galmington Road, Taunton - a team is installing a high voltage cable to supply the hospital.
"Closures will be in place in staged sections of the road until 1 July."
