A PLANNING application has been submitted for nine homes in a Somerset market town.
Marshwood Homes has applied to built the properties on land east of Bagley Road, Bagley Green in Wellington.
The application states access to the development will be from Bagley Road.
If approved, the site will include six three-bed semi-detached houses, and three two-bedroom properties.
All homes will also have space to park two vehicles.
The application states: "The application proposes a mixture of materials to reflect the semi-rural character of the area.
"Units 1 and 2 would be finished with coloured render above a brick plinth with the remaining units finished with red multi-brick.
"All the properties would have slate roofs with Upvc windows with reconstituted stone heads and sills. "
Somerset West and Taunton Council (SWT) will decide on whether or not to grant the application. The target decision date is July 27 2021.
