PUPILS at a primary school in Taunton are enjoying their new adventure playground this month.
A new outdoor play area opened at Churchstanton Primary School last week.
The apparatus was funded by a variety of contributions from the Parent/Teacher Association (PTA), a community grant and school investment.
A spokesperson for Churchstanton said: "As a school that firmly believes in the benefits of outdoor education and physical activity, we updated the previous equipment as it had come to the end of its life.
"The new area really adds a splash of colour to the school's already beautiful environment and is used every day by all the children, even in after school club."
