IN Tuscon, Arizona, is Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
Since the Second World War, it has been receiving military planes that will no longer take to the skies, and has become known as the world's largest 'aircraft boneyard'.
It is a graveyard for planes, which are lined up neatly or stacked high, waiting to be dismantled.
In Taunton, it seems a similar venue is being created - but for shopping trolleys.
The stream between the Castle Street Tesco car park and Longrun Meadow has become a graveyard for trolleys.

This week, a reader sent in pictures of ducks enjoying themselves on their metal islands, with plenty more to explore, in the shape of more discarded trolleys.
"There are lots of trolleys in there," the reader said. "I don't know why anyone would want to throw them in the stream.
"Kids I suppose? But someone needs to do something, because it is an eyesore."
The trolleys, which cost hundreds of pounds to buy, have not yet been collected by the supermarket giant.
So for now, they serve only as a place for ducks to play.
Tesco has been approached for comment.
