A 34-year-old was arrested in a village near Taunton yesterday (July 18) after breaching bail conditions.
Avon and Somerset Police were called around 9.30am, and the suspect failed to stop when requested.
A search was carried out and the man was arrested in Cotford St Luke.
"We were called at approximately 9.30am following reports of a male breaching bail conditions," said a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police.
"Officers attended and the suspect failed to stop when requested.
"An area search was then carried out and a 34-year-old man was subsequently arrested a short distance away in Cotford St Luke."
