A FESTIVAL on the Blackdown Hills featured dancing, singing, workshops, talks and Buddhist meditation.
The five-day Buddhafield event in fields over the weekend saw regulars and newcomers enjoying themselves in a drug and drink free environment.
It incorporated Covid-conscious measures, operating at half capacity in line with restrictions in place.
A spokesperson said: "While this meant some differences, the underlying feeling of togetherness, celebration and enjoying new experiences under the open sky remained.
"Buddhafield sustained itself in 2020 through online events and via donations in order to return to Somerset this year."
Comments on social media referred to "a joyous and heart-longed time for connection, community and laughter".
Others spoke of a "beautiful and nourishing" occasion and "precious moments and magical connections".
