RESCUED: From a church roof in the Halcon area
A 'YOUNG MAN' was rescued from the roof of a Taunton church.
Firefighters from the town were called to the building, in the Halcon area, at just before 6.40pm this evening (Thursday).
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews rescued one young male from a flat roof of a church building using one ladder.
"The young man was unharmed."
