Drivers have faced long delays at the Blackwall Tunnel due to planned roadworks and flooding.
The southbound tunnel on the A102 has been closed all day for safety repairs while the northbound tunnel has also been affected.

Torrential rain has also led to the tunnel approach being closed in both directions.
Traffic has also been building near the Limehouse Link and Rotherhithe Tunnels, as well as routes through Whitechapel, Mile End and the area around Tower Bridge.
The tunnel is shut southbound and will not re-open until the early hours of tomorrow morning.
The northbound side is now shut, too, due to flooding.Â
