PEOPLE in Taunton's Vivary Park have been trying to assist a duck amid fears someone may have taped its beak up.
The female mallard is said to be hungry and thirsty.
A number of people have unsuccessfully tried to catch the bird to remove the tape and there are fears it could die.
The RSPCA has been contacted by a number of people.

We have contacted the RSPCA for a comment.
