ROYAL Marines headed to the Somerset County Cricket Club on Sunday, August 1.
The 40 Commando Royal Marines visited the ground for a special matchday at the Royal London Cup clash with Yorkshire.
There were performances from the Royal Marines Band, and engagement and activation teams were on hand to provide other activities.
Visitors were also treated to an unarmed combat demonstration, and Royal Marines equipment was on display.
The Royal Marines Cricket Team also hosted a reunion, and members of Taunton based 40 Commando produced a special match ball delivery.
Lieutenant Colonel Andy Dow RM, 40 Cdo RM, commanding officer said: “40 Commando is an active member of the community and has a long-standing relationship with the Somerset County Cricket Club.
"This event was the perfect opportunity to celebrate that relationship.”
