A MAIN dual carriageway in Somerset is closed for two nights next week.
The Toneway/A358 in Taunton will be shut from 10pm until 6am on Tuesday, August 10, and Wednesday, August 11.
"This is for preparatory work, which includes the removal of the central reservation and vehicle restraints in readiness to carry out works from Thursday," said a spokesperson for Somerset County council Highways.
The work is taking place to upgrade the Creech Castle junction, which is part of the £19million revamp of junction 25 of the M5 motorway.

The upgrade also means the A38 Bridgwater Road (north of the Toneway at Creech Castle) will be closed from Monday (August 9).
The major road improvement scheme, which was postponed last year due to the Covid pandemic, is due for completion at some stage next summer (2022).
