THE third event to support a village's high street took place this Saturday (August 4).
Visitors headed to Porlock to enjoy a Family & Circus day, to help support the village's recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The day also included bubble making at Methodist Church Garden, the Allerford Trio, build a Porlock sundae, guerilla knitting, DJ try-outs, circus try-outs, juggling, face-painting, the bearded lady, spinning wheel of fortune, Splat the Rat, Pac Man and much more.
The pop-up events are funded by Somerset West and Taunton Council and organised by Porlock High Street Support Group.
The next two events will be on Sunday, October 3 and November 1, with wellbeing and retail therapy themes.
