A STREET fair took place on Sunday, September 5 in a Somerset town.

The Watchet Street Fair, which began in 2016, is always on the first Sunday of each month - and this month there was a new stall with paddle boards and wet suits.

“We welcome old friends who have been with us since the beginning and lovely new people with different stalls to continually make it lively and interesting,” said a spokesperson for the street fair.

“We begin in March and go through to our last one in October, trading from 10am until 4pm.

“Come and see us, enjoy an alfresco lunch from one of our exciting food stalls and listen to a band in the afternoon.”

The last Watchet Street Fair will be on Sunday, October 3 2021.
