Taunton sees ANOTHER paint spillage on town walkway
ANOTHER walkway in Taunton is bearing the scars of an apparent paint spillage...
A section of pavement in East Street is covered in white paint, as shoppers have trodden the spillage up and down the route.
The cause of the spill is unclear, but it mirrors a similar event on a footpath near Longrun Meadow last month (August).
Does Taunton have a phantom artist making a statement? Or is it simply a series of coincidences?
