A NEW range of industrial and warehouse units is being built on land near Wellington.

The buildings, plus open storage land, are being developed at Wellington Business Park, close to Junction 25 of the M5.

The area is a well-established commercial hub, with nearby Chelston Business Park home to a number of successful local and national firms, while neighbouring Westpark 26 comprises a mixed use business park in excess of 40 acres.

Occupiers there include national names including Travelodge, Costa Coffee, Anytime Fitness, Howdens and McDonalds.

"The location is perfect for transport links throughout the South West and beyond," said a spokesperson for joint property agents, Greenslade Taylor Hunt and Alder King.

"Wellington Business Park is adjacent to the A38 just off the Chelston roundabout and within half a mile of the M5 and the national motorway network."

Somerset County Gazette:

The site includes open storage land of up to 1.5 acres (0.6 hectares) which can be split to provide smaller yard areas/secure compounds.

"The buildings would suit a range of manufacturing and warehouse uses. Each unit includes allocated parking," the spokesperson added.

"Internally the units have concrete floors, a mix of fluorescent and sodium lighting and loading doors, some of which include canopies. Usefully the site includes a weighbridge, which can be used by all occupiers.

"The units and land are available via new leases for a term of years to be agreed."
