A FREEHOUSE town pub is on the market - after a recent refurbishment.
The lease of The Royal Oak, in West Street, Somerton, is on offer at £35,000.
The business, currently run by a single working owner with three part-time members of staff, currently only serves drinks.
But agents Stonesmith believe there is an opportunity to boost trade by introducing food sales.
The stone-built end of terrace premises feature bar areas, a catering kitchen, games room and two or three-bedroom owner's accommodation.
A Stonesmith spokesperson said: "The Royal Oak is is presented to a high standard following recent refurbishment of the public areas and comes with a comprehensive inventory of fixtures and fittings, offering new owners the opportunity to move in and start trading."
