WE are all being asked to be environmentally friendly and not to cast waste products around the countryside.
Unfortunately there are many people who just do not get the message and are quite content to make this country a tip.
The photograph shows a sofa that was left in a quiet spot on the top of the Blackdown Hills.
This spot is well known by Somerset West and Taunton council as a fly-tipping location, but they do not appear to see a need to install cameras to catch the people that do it.
