A TAUNTON man has been fined after appearing in court charged with drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place.
Kestutis Andrijaitis, of Allington Close, was ordered to pay a total of £472 after pleading guilty to the offence at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court in Essex.
The court heard that Andrijaitis, 49, was behaving in a disorderly manner while drunk in College Square in Harlow, Essex.
He committed the offence on March 29.
Andrijaitis appeared in court on October 11.
His total amount to pay of £472 includes a £333 fine, a £34 surcharge to fund victim services, and costs of £105 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
He has until November 8 to pay his balance.
