A JUVENILE on a moped was stopped by police in Minehead in the early hours of today (Wednesday, October 27) for allegedly committing four offences.
The youngster was pulled over by an officer carrying out ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) patrols in the town.
An officer seized the moped after it emerged the juvenile was allegedly driving:
- without a licence;
- with no insurance;
- not wearing a helmet;
- and without due care and attention.
A Facebook post from Minehead and West Somerset Neighbourhood Policing says: "Juvenile driver has been reported for Court."
