THIEVES who stole a tractor left a trail of manure behind.
The Class 1 tractor with front loader was stolen overnight into this morning (Thursday to Friday, November 11-12) from Langport.
It was towing a 10-ton Bailey dump trailer.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police's rural affairs unit said on social media: "Manure dumped along the road as they drove off.
"Urgently need information about the theft and its current location asap."
Anyone with any information should call police on 101, giving the call handler the reference number 5221266335.
