A PREGNANT driver appears to be the latest 'victim' of someone making life difficult for motorists in a village near Taunton.

An estate in Bishops Lydeard has been targeted by a person leaving nails in the road on a number of occasions.

People have reported having punctures following at least three incidents of the nails being scattered on the road in Greenway.

The latest incident occurred this week, while there were two further occasions when police received similar reports last month (October).

Then on Monday night (November 15), Kaisey Jane Harvey was forced to pull up sharply after spotting a "massive" lump of concrete in the middle of Cothlestone Road, just off Darby Way.

She took to social media yesterday to say: "I was driving late 2 nights ago and by the football pitch there was a massive piece of concrete shaped like a log left in the middle of the road so I then had to get out and move it whilst being pregnant so someone’s clearly playing games thought it was a trap to be honest for someone to get out their car."
