POLICE have thanked sharp-eyed members of the public following the discovery of a stolen tractor and trailer.
Avon and Somerset Police's rural affairs unit publicised the theft of a Class tractor and Baily trailer from the Langport area earlier this month.
Officers now say the tractor and trailer taken overnight on Thursday, November 11, into the following morning has been "located and recovered".
In a Twitter message, a spokesperson says: "Good News Story: A CLASS tractor and BAILY trailer that was stolen from the Langport area overnight on the 11/11-12/11 has been located and recovered.
"Thank you to all the members of the public for keeping their eyes peeled."
