Tuckers Meadow, where a man sustained stab wounds on New Year's Day
A MAN accused of attempted murder has appeared in court this week.
Jacob Davey, 31, of Langley Cross, in Langley Marsh, on the outskirts of Wiveliscombe, was remanded in custody following the hearing at Taunton Magistrates' Court on Monday (January 3).
Davey is also accused of possession of a knife in a public place.
Magistrates ordered him to appear before Bristol Crown Court on Monday, January 24.
Davey was arrested on New Year's Day (Saturday, January 1) in connection with an incident at a property in Tuckers Meadow, Wiveliscombe, at around 6.15am.
A man in his 30s required hospital treatment for stab wounds sustained in the incident which are not life threatening.
