A SECTION of road on the outskirts of Taunton will be closed to traffic 24 hours a day for seven days from next week.
Vehicles will be prohibited from using the 107-metre stretch of Lavender Grove, in Bishop's Hull, from Wednesday (January 12) until the following Tuesday (January 18).
The temporary road closure will be northwards from Lavender Grove's junction with Gipsy Lane.
The closure will enable Jurassic Fibre to carry out fibre cabling works.
