PROPOSALS: The plot where the business units could be built
PROPOSALS for a mini business park on the outskirts of Wellington have been unveiled.
Chelston Heath LLP has applied to Somerset West and Taunton Council for outline planning permission for the development at Chelston.
The company, based on Blackbrook Business Park, in Taunton, wants to build a number of business units to serve as offices, research or industrial processes.
If the application is successful, there could also be a number of starter business units with trade counters, a restaurant and two food and drink kiosks, as well as an electric vehicle charging hub.
