FIRE crews were called out yesterday evening (Monday, January 10) following this crash involving a Mercedes car.
Elliot Hall sent us the photo of the aftermath of the collision at Trenchard Way, in Taunton, shortly before 9pm.
He said: "A Mercedes car crashed into the over side of the road while turning the corner."
Elliot, who cycled past the scene at the time of the incident, added: "The police attend and closed the roads with tape
"There was no sign of the driver when I went past on my pushbike.
"The car had actually driven straight into a power station that cut out power around the area including Firepool."
