A MAN needed treatment for cuts after he was punched in the face in an early hours attack in the centre of Bridgwater.
Police are investigating the incident in High Street at around 2am on Sunday, December 12.
The victim required treatment by medics.
Officers investigating the incident have issued a CCTV image of an unknown man they wish to speak to as part of their enquiries.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "We’re keen to hear from anyone who recognises the individual or witnessed the assault.
"If you can help, please call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5221291158, or complete our online appeals form."
