A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a crash on the A358.
The collision took place this morning, Wednesday, May 18, and involved two vehicles.
A road closure was in place between Southfields roundabout and Broadway St and also affected traffic on the A303 and surrounding roads.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: “It was a two-vehicle collision on the A358 at Southfields, which was called in to us at 9.23am. A woman has been taken to hospital to be checked over.”
Police also confirmed the road has now been re-opened.
