A WELLINGTON woman has pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable by beating while he was exercising his duty.
Emma Dunkley, 36, of Russet Close, pleaded guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Court to committing the offence in Taunton on May 2.
She was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge with £35 costs.
STEPHEN Michael Robus admitted breaching a restraining order in May 19.
Robus, 36, of Trinity Road, Taunton, attended an address in Langport which he was prohibited from doing through a restraining order.
He was fined £100 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
KIERAN Leonard, 19, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended prison sentence order.
He was fined £307.
