A HEARING into the case of two men accused of murdering a Wiveliscombe man took place at Bristol Crown Court yesterday (Monday, May 23).
Daniel Bond, 34, and Lee Conlon, 37, both of Claremont Crescent, Weston-super-Mare, have been charged with the murder of Jason Lock.
Both men were remanded in custody when their case came up at Bristol Crown Court ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing in the same court on Thursday, June 16.
Mr Lock died in hospital on Wednesday night, May 18 following an incident in Stockers Close, Wiveliscombe, the previous evening.
A woman who was also arrested in connection with Mr Lock's death was later released under police investigation.
