REMINISCENCE Learning held a series of charity events and activities to mark Dementia Action Week (May 16 to May 22).
The charity held its Let’s Dance for Dementia event, featuring the band Monopole on Saturday, May 14 to start the week.
Archie visited local schools to raise awareness of dementia and increase knowledge of the benefits of movement and exercise to decrease the chances of dementia.
Rumwell Farm Shop, having chosen Reminiscing Learning as their charity of the year, held an ‘Afternoon-Charitea’ event and a Quiz & Supper evening in aid of us.
Finally, they celebrated with their clients and their carers during our Funday Friday Community Session and held an Egyptian-themed session with a silent disco.
