TAUNTON Town Football Club has announced three new signings to booster their squad ahead of the National League South campaign.

Dan Ball, David Sims-Burgess and Nat Jarvis have all signed on with the Peacocks this week.

The first signing, Dan Ball, comes to the club following his arrival from Bath City.

The 30-year-old defender is well experienced in the National League South, playing over 300 appearances for Bath in the division.

Dan told tauntontown.com:” I’m really happy to get this deal done! The gaffer has been after me for a while, so it was the right time for it to happen.

"Looking forward to joining a great group of lads who achieved great things last year and I want to use my experience in this league to add to what is already a strong squad."

Dave Sims-Burgess also signed for the Peacocks from Bath City in readiness for the 2022-23 season.

The striker has been a regular scorer at Southern League level for the past few years, he said: "I am very happy to have signed for Taunton Town. After speaking to the management team I can tell it is an ambitious club and I’m looking forward to playing in front of the fans at the Cygnet and I cannot wait for the season to start.”

Finally, Nat Jarvis signed on from Barry Town United in the Cymru Premier League.

The experienced 30-year-old striker said: ”I’m delighted to have signed at Taunton Town.

"Rob and myself have spoken a lot over the last few months and this played a big part in my decision to come back over the bridge to play. Looking forward to the upcoming season and see you soon.”
