A CHARITY has celebrated its 20th anniversary with a party.

Escape turned 20 two years ago, but celebrations were postponed because of Covid.

Last weekend, on Saturday June 18, the charity invited past and present members to a fun-packed day of celebrations at Brittons Ash Community Hall.

The Escape Support Group aims to provide support to families in Somerset raising children who have disabilities or additional needs, by providing a wide range of fun activities, days out, and occasional short break holidays.

The events are designed to boost morale, increase confidence, improve social skills as well as develop and strengthen friendships.
